New Moon

Hello!!!
This is my first blog, I'm completely new to this so please bear with me.
It's Sunday and I had the pleasure of watching New Moon on Friday at 12.01am with Chariss my oldest daughter.
There were four screenings in the local cinema, " Vue", and they were all sold out.....good job we'd booked our tickets as soon as they were available....phew!!!

Anyone who has listened to my music on You Tube will know that I am a Twihard and my songs are inspired by the Twilight Saga books, and of course the adoration fans have for Robert Pattinsons "She wants to be Mrs Robert Pattinson" I have other music but I only have my Twilight stuff on line at the moment.

Ok.... so off to the cinema we went on Thursday at 11pm the rain was coming down so hard it was bouncing about a foot off the pavements, we could have been in Forks, but this didn't deter any of the fans from getting to the cinema, it was absolutely packed out, Twihards every where you looked.

We took our seats and the film began...
We laughed, we cried and it was amazing to hear girls screaming when Jacob took his T-shirt off for the first time.....it has to be said he has worked really hard on his physique and he has abs to die for, I kept thinking to myself, team Jacob fans are going to be so,so happy :)
Taylor Lautner looked fantastic, and there were gasps from the audience every time he almost kissed Bella!!!

I have to say that we really, really enjoyed the film, and we both had the opinion that it captured the essence of the book, more so than the Twilight film did.

I've read some bad reviews on line from critics and have to say that IMHO no one can ever make a film that will ever live up to the experience you have when you read a book.
A film version can only ever cover so much of the emotion, and essence of a book, and I think that the team that created the New Moon film, cast, crew. directors etc all did a fantastic job.

Michael Sheen was just perfect as Aro, just as I'd imagined him to be, I'm a bit biased as I think he's an amazing actor anyway................and he comes from a town about ten miles away from where I live......I had the pleasure of meeting him in March this year in the Swansea Bay Film Festival he was incredibly charming and gracious and had time for everyone he was so, so lovely.

I had a photograph taken with him... I was so thrilled, until I checked the photo on my phone the next day and my camera hadn't saved it......AAARRGHHHH I was devastated.

Guess we're all going to be googling Eclipse next and waiting for our next Twilight Saga installment.

Here's my video and song for New Moon

"Watch her sleep at night" hope you enjoy it!!!
